No doubt that agile approaches to software has proven to help organizations deliver functionality much faster than other development approaches. The early feedback from customer has helped software development teams avoid the risk of delivering functionality that does not meet customer expectations.

Although software teams have been using agile since its inception, team members may under not have a good understanding of what it takes to become effective in agile projects. In this course, you will have an opportunity to examine the best agile practices from both development, testing, and product owner perspectives.

The course will focus on Scrum and the most common methodology under the agile framework. Participants will learn the different roles with the scrum team but most importantly participants will learn some of the best practices for each role.
