Like all certifications awarded by IIST, the Certified Agile Software Test Professional - Master Level (CTM-M) is an education-based certification where candidates must complete a course of study to develop skills in the specific areas of the Body of Knowledge of the certification. Unlike other exam-based certifications programs from other providers, the certification training for IIST education-based certifications is based on industry's best practices. The training modules provide practical methods and techniques that participants can use in their current projects. When conducted as group training at your company site, the training modules are always customized to address your teams' specific needs while staying with the specific are of the Body of Knowledge as approved by the IIST Certification Advisory Board.

The Training Program for the CTM - Practitioner Level consists of the following three modules. These modules are available either through public training, online training, or onsite training for groups of 8 or more. You can click on the module title to see where it is offered.
1. One module to cover area #4 (Test Organization Management) of the Test Management Body of Knowledge (TMBOK)

3. One module you can choose to cover any of topics in software testing. You can select from over 100 courses here.The cost of the training will depend on the method of delivery you choose whether it is online self-paced, online interactive, public classes, or at your company site for a group of participants. Certifications
The Certified Test Manager - Practitioner Level (CTM-P) will be awarded upon completing three modules and passing the exam for each module. Candidates also must have completed the CTM-P pre-requisites and the Job experience requirements as stated here. You will need to apply for the certification and pay $180 Graduation fee. Candidates will also receive a Certificate of Completion after completing each module.
