Agile Collaborative Testing

This courses counts as one day towards area #6 of the Certified Agile Software Test Professional Body of Knowledge.

How can we design, execute and manage testing in a collaborative way on Agile projects? We know that collaboration is key to the success of an Agile approach. Healthy Agile teams "Value Individuals and Interactions", "Work together daily throughout the project" and pay "Continuous Attention to Technical Excellence". What can we do to extend those ideas to our testing activities?

In this class, we will explore the surprising variety of ways that a tester can collaborate with all of the other members of his/her Agile team. We've collaborated with other testers before. But what about the Scrum Master? We can do that! The Product Owner? Absolutely! The developers? This is going to get really interesting!
