This course is second of the two foundation courses in the CSQM certification process. The companion foundation course is, “Managing Software Quality” is the prerequisite course.
This course describes the activities required to establish a successful software quality assurance function (SQA. The successful establishment of this function requires careful planning and execution. It is essential that the SQA function provides business value and ROI to the organization; therefore it is imperative that its establishment be carefully planned and executed.
