When five or more persons from the same company enroll at the same time, a 10% discount is applied. This discount is not to be combined with any other discount

Cancellation Policy

All payments for this event must be received prior to the first day of the event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only: either by email, fax, or land mail.

1. Cancellations submitted 20 business days prior to the event will receive a refund or days of credit towards a future event of equal value.
2. Cancellations received within 20 business days before the event will be charged a $100 cancellation fee per course.
3. All cancellations received within one week before the event will be liable for the entire fee.
4. Substitute attendees for paid registrations will be accepted up until 2 business days before the event.
5. No substitutions will be permitted the day of the event

Public Training Policy

IIST reserves the right to make changes in course schedules, dates, locations, and accommodations and will make every effort to notify students 30 days prior to the event. However, IIST is not responsible for personal travel, accommodations, or other incidental expenses in connection with changes to a public events schedule.

Courses may be changed or cancelled based on enrollment. Please do not make your travel arrangements until 30 days before the event.

Method of Payment

A payment in one of the following forms must be received one business day before the event: A check drawn on a bank within the Continental US payable to Software Dimensions: Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover, a cashier's check or money order payable to Software Dimensions. A purchase order must be mailed or faxed with the registration to guarantee registration.
